The Breadfruit Initiative

Global Mana Foundation was on a mission to transform island communities through sustainable solutions, and I was honored to be part of it.

We designed and developed a large-scale breadfruit dryer, built inside a repurposed shipping container sourced from China. The exterior was wrapped in a beautiful Hawaiian-patterned design, while the interior was equipped with state-of-the-art processing tools. Our first prototype was placed in Tahiti, marking a step toward turning abundant yet often wasted breadfruit into a valuable food resource.

This project proved, once again, that with vision and execution, any idea—no matter how ambitious—can become reality.
